I just took my 2007 f150 5.4 in to have the exhaust manifold leak fixed, dealer phoned and said the nut is in the head, 5900 to fix it, What, how could the nut be in the head?

A friend of mine at work at the same thing happen on his Lincoln truck. Spark plug was loose. Had it fixed and smell went away.
