Need help figuring out why my 97 4.6 is missing after changing plugs,wires,both ign coils and serpentine belt.ran great for about a hour then turned on ac and been missing ever since.put a scanner on it came up miss 5 and 6 cylinder,changed coil thought it was bad still missing ,any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Check for coolant in the plug wells, intake gasket could be leaking.
