Went to Autozone for plugs-n-wires. They had Motorcraft plugs but not for the wires. I went with Duralast and now I am reading those wires have a bad track-record for dependability and possibly for a hight amount of resistance....I am keeping the reciept and will let you know how they go. I have a 2,000 mile trip I will be going on in a couple of weeks.

 

Imo... Anything duralast sucks, Take them back!

 

How can I return them if there is no issue?

 

Don't install them. Tell them you changed your mind.

Im not sure what brand to buy.Put them back in the box and tell them you changed your mind.I had a friend who worked at autozone and they would get alot of complaints and returns on duralast products.Id try a car quest or napa for wires.

Get a set of Magnecor wires.....it'll be the last set of wires you will ever buy (for that engine or similar), but be prepared for sticker shock.
