I have an 07 4dr 4x4. Going down the road the doors shake and squeak from vibration. How can this be fixed? I already adjusted the striker plates farther in.

 

The noise may be in the door itself. There are rods and brackets and steel channels that can come loose and chirp or squeak. I would pull off the door panels and get some "dry" silicone spray and wrenches and see what you find. Good luck PS if you have half doors in the rear the upper latch on the door can cause this issue also.
