I wasn't sure if this forum has any rules against naming and shaming, and at the time of posting I was a lot less sure it was a rip off. I'm sure, even with all the evidence it's bull****, the (and any) dealer could worm their way out of it. So I'm not sure it's worth the risk to me to publicly make claims.
I think between us all here we've focused on the issue, and we all know this could happen anywhere, so it's not too important to the members here to know the specific dealer. I have opened a case with Ford Customer Service, and they said they will be contacting the dealer. If I learn any other facts about what happens next, I'll update this thread.

Trust me, only a few folks here will see who they are! As long as you are truthful and factual, you will be ok!
