Default Dash Vents Not Working

Hello,
I have a 2010 F150 Lariat 5.4L v8 console shift.
After replacing my fuel pump and fuel pump fuse, the dash vents and rear vents for my AC stopped working. I still get cold/hot air through the floor vents and defrosters, but my dash vents aren’t kicking on any longer. I’ve recently replaced the blend door actuator (if you haven’t done it yet, it’s something I don’t recommend doing yourself if you lack patience) and I’m still having the same issue. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I should look next?
Thanks

Yes I got impatient and broke the trim on the right side.. oh well

Well, the temperature blend door actuator doesn't have anything to do with outlet airflow selection. That job is done by the mode door actuator. Check it.

I have an '11 Lariat with the Nav system. Mine is doing the opposite. I'm getting air flow out the dash vents, but no floor/defrost. If the '10 Lariat is the same as my '11, the actuator you need to replace is to the left of the center console and is down by your throttle pedal. Get under there and look just above, and to the right of the pedal. From what I've read, it's fairly easy to replace. In my research, it's been noted that only OEM actuators should be used. A lot of people have issues with aftermarket.

so the vents and such aren't vacuum controlled anymore? I know the older stuff a vacuum leak would default to defrost.

That went away almost 20 years ago on the F150 model. Moved to all electric actuators for the 2004 NBS, IIRC.

LOL yea I realized that after I finished replacing it. Moving on to the door actuator next.

this is very helpful, I ordered the FoMoCo official part and I’ll pop it in when it gets here Monday.
I’ll let you all know how it goes

Default Defrost not working

2011 Ford F-150 eco fx4. My defrost won’t blow out any air when it’s set to defrost. I have changed the actuator by the gas pedal and still nothing. When I change from vent to defrost I can see the white gears where the actuator bolts to move. When switching I can hear/feel a difference in air flow that come out the vents but still no air to the defrost. Is there anything else to try?
I also tried moving the white gears to make it go to defrost and I could never get it to switch.

I think this is one of those repairs that YOU DO NOT want to connect the power to, until it is installed. Do not connect power to "test it" outside of it being installed.

Also, as I recall, that actuator operates more than one door. There is what looks like a large lever, what you referred to as a gear, that the actuator operates. One goes to the defrost door. It's possible there is a problem there.
