Default Cut Wire on Transfer case

Hello all,
I have a 99 f150 with the 4.6, fx4. My 4x4 switch isnt getting power. I looked on top of my transfer case there is a wire that looks like it was ripped out of somewhere, anybody know where it goes? Thanks

I was wondering where the wire on top of the case goes because it obviously goes somewhere but it was ripped off
