Default Coil pack (cop) error codes

Hello all,
I'm new to posting on this forum but I've been here to read helpful information. I now have an issue that I am losing sleep over!! I replaced my spark plugs but when I took it for a test drive, the check engine light started flashing. I went back home and connected the scanner. There was no misfire code but the only code was a bad cop on #8. I went ahead and replaced all 8 anyway. Now I'm getting three error codes about bad cop's. Ive checked for cracks on the wires and nothing. Maybe the PCM?

If you didn't have this problem before you did your tune-up, I would check and make sure the connectors to the coils are locked in place. I have use WD-40 on the connectors to make them easier to plug in.

Although I accidentally started the truck without plugging in #8. When I started it the scanner said #8 was bad that's when I noticed not plugging it in. Can a cop get ruined without plugging it in?

Yes accel brand. But I went back and installed the OEM COP's and ran fine no misfire. But I keep getting "low oil pressure" on my dashboard and the engine stalls out.??!
