Clunk/Rattle in Front End
Hey guys, I've been looking at these forums here and there and finally decided to create an account and see if anyone has a solution to my problem. My problem involves a clunk or rattle in the front end of my 2006 f150 XLT 4x4. As well as a popping occasionally when turning or reversing out of being parked.
I have had a very loud clunking noise when going over small bumps in the road or potholes. I replaced my sway bar links and bracket bushings last night. The noise has gone down immeasurably! However...there is still a clunk or rattle sound that occurs occasionally over bumps. I am stumped as to what it can be. Also, I replaced my tie rods and CV axles within the past 6 months, so I don't believe those to be the problem.
Extra Info:
- I have Fox 2.0 leveling suspension in the front and rear.
- New ball joint in driver side lower control arm.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks
