I have a 2001 F150 4 x 4, with 124,000 miles on it and for the past couple months there's an annoying squeak when driving g. I think it's coming from the front wheels. Could this mean the bearings need greased or replaced? Heading out on 20 hour drive to Texas soon and would like to know if safe to drive this way.
