Default Climate control reversed

Hi, I have a 2013 f150 fx4 with myFord touch. I'm in Australia so it has been converted to RHD.
my evaporator core gota leak and I had it replaced. The truck was sitting with battery disconnected for nearly 6 weeks while part came from US. When put back together the climate control is reversed. Cold is hot and hot is cold. Apparently plugs can't be mixed up and we have tried newest test and calibration. It comes back as all systems are working but it's still reversed. Tried reversing wires that control blend door but this threw up hard fault so put back correct way. Everyone who has looked at it is at a loss to why it's back to front. Any ideas?

I've heard about this before. If I remember correctly, it was an APIM issue and a little reprogramming did the trick. It's been a while so my info might be 100% wrong. lol

I'll do a bit of searching. The guys working on it downloaded newest software for controls and did the system check which comes up as working normal.
