Default Clicking when accelerating

I just bought a 2003 f150 supercrew with the 5.4 triton. I noticed when I accelerate there is a click/ticking and it only happens when I accelerate. It doesn't happen if I rev it up in neutral so I don't think it's the engine and the transmission seems as smooth as can be but I can't think of what else it could be? Any ideas?

Wouldn't an exhaust leak still make noise when Reving it up in neutral?

If it's 4wd it's most likely a vacuum reservoir leak

like stated, exhaust leak, probably broken stud(s). '03 doesn't have the hub issues,
due to different configuration.

I have confirmed it is a leak by the manifold.
