Default Camber Issue

Hi all, longtime lurker here. I've learned alot of things about my truck from searching this forum day in and day out, but i have a new problem i can't seem to find an answer for. I recently had my truck aligned after getting a set of new tires and replacing a broken shock. when i got it back it still wasn't driving straight so i took it back. the mechanic then explained to me my control arm on my passenger side was bent and my camber is off. The spec sheet says it should be at -3/16 plus or minus 3/4, but mine is way off at +7/16. Is there anything i can do besides replacing my control arm?

I know lateral links (rear suspension bars) can be pounded back for alignement purposes on cars. Might be able to do same with control arm, not the preferred choice however.
