Default Broken Tie Rods

Earlier today, my wheels started to wobble after I turned. I believe that all I may need to buy is a tie rod end. Does anyone think I may need more than that? What other details do you need to know to determine? Let me know, thanks!

Jack it up, check that the lugs nuts are tight, and can you wobble the wheel(s) side to side by hand.

You might be able to tell where the "play" is, if there is some.

"After I turned" ? Turned where, an ordinary corner, on an ordinary street, or did you run a front wheel over the curb? at speed?

The light turned green and I turned left, low speed, and the wear on the tread is uneven if it helps.
