auto 4 wheel drive to manual drive

auto 4 wheel drive to manual drive
have 1999 f 150 lariat 4x4 supercab 5.4front hubs are engaged all the time
is there a kit to change them to manual locking hubs???
would like to get better gas mileage (14.5 is not good )
