Default Breaking in a new 3.5 engine

I have a new 2019 F150 with the 3.5 turbo. Anything I should or shouldn't be doing to break the engine in nicely while it's still so new? It's going to see a lot of highway, with some start and stop when I go in to get supplies from the little town I live near....

Two schools, break it in hard, break it in easy. Pick one.

I just drive it like I normally would, except for towing. Don't be afraid to get on it a little, been driving every new vehicle like that since 1970, you could say I've had a few. Never had a bad engine yet.

Sadly I don't have a trailer worthy of putting any strain on this truck yet. Next year with any luck, but for now it's hauling random crap, and generally filling the truck shape void I didn't realize I had in my life.

Your manual specifies exactly how to break in your new truck.

I bought two new Fords with the 3.5. One was in 2014 and the other was was in 2018. I bought both in Texas and drove normally on the interstates to get to Tennessee. Mostly 70-80 mph and both have been perfect with no oil usage.
