No issues other than warped rotors and bad brakes

Check the brake lines going to the front calipers you replaced.. sounds like a colasped line or bad booster/master

Are the bleeders on the top of the caliper or the bottom... If they are facing the ground (on the bottom) you have them on the wrong sides, and will do exactly what you are describing.
