i have an 89 f-150 i just bought . The truck use to be fuel injected but now is carberated . My problem is when i hit the brake the truck idles down like it wants to cut off some times does any body know what may be causing the problem ??? Thanks John in Florida

 

Hi John, Sounds as if the vaccum line to the brake pedal (used with the Cruise!) is leaking or incorrectly fitted somewhere, can't hurt to check it!!
