Brake Bleeding Problem
I replaced the brakes on my 1989 Ford F150 2 WD with drums in the rear. When I went to bleed the air our of the system, the front passenger caliper does not have any fluid going to it, or at least I have been unable to get it to bleed out. I even used a vacumn pump and still no luck. All the other wheels bled out just fine. What could be causing this one wheel to not have any brake fluid coming to it?
The lining inside the hydraulic hose to the calipre may be broken down due to age. Disconnect the hose banjo fitting at the calipre and see if you can get any fluid flow. Any time the brakes are overhauled replacement of the hydraulic hoses is highly recommended....they may look good, but internal breakdown is very common.

Another one to follow, new brake pads, new brake hardware kit!

My money is with Boooya. Remove the bleeder and cross drill it out. If bleeder is removed and fluid still is not present, disconnect the hyd line and see if there is fluid.
