I have a 2010 F-150 XL 4.6 2V that blew a spark plug out of the head. I purchased the Calvan 2V Spark Plug Repair Kit. I have been trying to drill this out for two days now and it does not seem to be drilling I feel like its drilled some of it but what am I doing wrong?
Just trying to help. My first thought when I saw your post was "what, exactly, are you doing?". All you've said is "drilling". "I drilled, it's not working".
I would add some detail about the various tools and bits and procedures. Describe the process you used. Did you follow the Cal-Van instructions precisely?

Good luck.
my apologies if I came off snappy. However, I have followed the instructions precisely. I closed the valves with the tool to confirm that was in the kit. Now the next step would to drill/reem the new spark plug hole so I can tap it. I’ve been drilling and it seems to do nothing..
Your pictures seem to show the threaded portion of the spark plug in the hole. ProjectSHO89 has highlighted that the threaded portion maybe in the hole. The drill supplied with your kit is more of a reamer vs drill bit (no point on end) and is likely riding on the remaining portion of the spark that is in the hole. Using care not to loose the tool use a magnet and confirm steel remains in hole.
