Bad tick on startup

Just started doing this today, seems to go away after about a minute. Possible injector maybe I don't know. Anybody can help, would be much appreciated. Thanks

What years your F-150 and is it Eco-boost? If so and its between 11'-15' check out this vid and maybe the tick your talking about:
