PCV valve
Trying to replace a PCV valve on my 2006 F150 5.4L. I've googled it several times, changing the wording and videos & pictures don't look like anything that's under my hood. First of all the PCV valve on my truck is on the drivers side, & it looks like a 1/2" steel tube pressed into the valve cover. Now on the passengers side there's a vacuum line from the air intake body to the valve cover, it looks to be 3/8" line. The fun part of all this is that both line were seized to the steel tubes (PCV valves?) and I ended up damaging the (supposedly) quick disconnected ends. Does anyone know how to get these steel tube ends (PCV valves?) out of the valve covers? & or have part #'s for the replacement parts?
From what I understand, they are non-serviceable. If somehow you do find the correct replacement part, you'll have to pull the valve cover and access it from underneath.

@lewissa81 is correct. They're not serviceable - and technically not a "valve". There is no "positive" crankcase pressure. The 5.4L constantly aspirates "filtered" air and crankcase vapors from right side of throttle body - into the bank 1 valve cover through the crankcase - out of the front of the bank 2 valve cover - through an "insulated hose" to the heating element into the belly of the intake manifold (sorta isolated from but near intake runner tubes to cyl 7 & 8). The heating element is activated by the PCM below 40º F, as determined by IAT.
