My 12v and ciggarette lighter ports stopped working all the sudden and nothing works in them but the one on the back of my center fold up seat where the cup holders in the back are works fine I’ve checked the fuses under the hood and the fuse bank In the passenger kick panel
any ideas of what my problem could be ?

This is for a 2013, I would think it would be similar if not exactly the same. How did you check the fuses? Looking at them won't cut it, need a test light or dvom.

It was just looking at them but i do have a yellow tester that i have from an older pack of fuses what exact fuses should i be looking at and testing ?

Fuse #'s are in the diagram above, all of them appear to be in the battery junction box under the hood. You may have to pull them out and check continuity using a dvom, I'm not sure if they are the sealed plastic box type or micro fuses. If micro there will be test points on the top for a test light.
