Default Dash Bezel modification

Anyone ever modified a 90’s model dash bezel to allow for the push button 4WD buttons?

i have 1993 I need to replace the bezel but can only locate bezels for trucks with manual transfer case.

Just use a Dremel to carefully carve out the area you need. It's relatively easy, but stay ~1/32" away from the edges. Finish them with a flat double-cut file so you can make them straight & smooth. I did it (for a different switch on the other side) to this bezel:

But if you're replacing your original JUST because the screw holes are broken off the back, there's a better fix... Mount the ESOF button module to the dash, instead of to the bezel, where it SHOULD have been all along. That pic, the NEXT few, and the ones linked in their captions show how I did it to a fuel tank switch in a '95 F, and all the switches in my B.

If you're replacing it for any OTHER reason, this diagram shows how, and there are links in its caption to several replacement bezels:

(I don't sell or get a cut from any of them.)
