Default 2.5 level with 35's

Hey guys,

I have my 2.5 level kit coming in the mail and want to get 35's. Not a big car or Truck guy…I know alot about boats, but with trucks not so much. However any advise what to go with for rims and tires. Help me out.

Thanks
Robert

Default 2.5" lift kit with 35's

A 2.5" lift with 35's x 11.50 wide is your maximum fitment without rubbing

I have a 2.5 level/lift with 35x18x12.50's, there is some rubbing, but it was just plastic, so some trimming and heat moulding it was fine.

I have the Icon stage 2 kit with BFG km2 35x12.50r17 and had very minor rubbing at full lock in the back of the fender well. nothing a utility knife and cutoff wheel couldn't fix. since the trimming i haven't rubbed once. I would strongly suggest to go with 34's to ensure no rubbing at all even when offroading.

cooper ST MAXX rubber

I went with 34's since there was only an actual height difference of .75", and a guarantee of clearance. They're still 34.25" tall.
