The last time I tried to put on a set of headers that didn't fit was the last time.

304 stainless. I tested a magnet and they are not magnetic.
I still have the original manifolds that I will clean up and reuse if I have to. So far so good. I will probably know more about longevity after this coming winter.
This is just an experiment for me. I was curious and nobody else has posted the same so...
