Default XLT leather care

I see lots of posts about the lariat and up, but for the sport xlts with just the leather arm rests, what do you guys use for care? Is it fake leather (vinyl)?

FYI, only the seating surface of the leather seats are leather, the remainder is pleather (fake leather).

warm water and a clean dry towel usually are enough for me....
303 aerospace or Klasse rubber/vinyl/leather if I want to clean or add some protection.

Even many real leather seats are still painted or dyed, so there is a coating ontop of the actual leather, so sometimes even true leather conditioner/cleaner won't even actually make contact with the leather due to the paint or coating ontop. Not saying that still can work, but just FYI.

Yeah I guess I'm more talking about the stuff that makes the armrests and center console and shifter of the XLTs. It definitely doesn't feel like leather so am I right in thinking it's all vinyl?

The only real leather, and like 99.99% of OEM leather it's basically plastic coated, is the center panel on the seat cushion and back. The portion that your butt and back primarily rest on. The remainder is plain old vinyl. I worked as a Quality Engineer/Manager in tier one OEM seating for about 20 years.

You really need nothing more than a towel with soapy water to care for the seats. Wipe them down and dry them off. Keep dirt and dust off so that it doesn't abrade the seat surface.

I use Pinnacle on the butt & back of my lariat leather replacements, the rest I just use a Meg's vinyl protector, same I use on my tonneau.

I have mother's VLR I used on my old car. I don't have leather seats but everything else such as the arm rests I was wondering if a vinyl conditioner would be what I want. I know after a while vinyl starts looking ****ty too just like leather does.
