Is 275$ Admin fee is standard or is that just ballpark?

The $275 is included in the X-Plan price, no calculation, it's in the price.

The dealer is then allowed to add up to $100 for paperwork. No more, could be less (unlikely).

The dealer where I did my order has "Customer Service Fee" on their form, which is said by "them", to be "money they can use in any way they choose". They also have a "Title Fee" on that form which pays for temp tags, title & tags & clerk fees-which, BTW! are not that expensive! I ranted a bit on the phone about how I had no need to pay them to do my paperwork on the title-just give me an origination certificate, and the taxes receipt and I'd pay the small tag fee, etc. but it got me a "I lived in that state for 26 years and, blah, blah-so I gave up as it was either start over or pay the stupid overcharges-IMO.
These guys have this stuff well planned and it's little ole me against the world, thus the ability to walk away is THE ONLY WEAPON!
I paid under invoice for the truck.

Just beware if you buy with X plan. I thought I bought with X-plan and come to find out, they just dropped the price of the vehicle to the X plan price. I don't know if its an issue with not wanting to be audited by Ford or what, but two dealerships that I went to altered the sales sheet to give X plan price but not actually use the PIN. May have something to do with document fees or dealer adds. I'm not sure.

That's exactly how it went for me.
ordered yesterday. invoice -.04% $275 included and the only fee they are charging is $99. saved me a dollar

hoping the 8 to 10 week wait happens that he told me. I'm thinking more like 12 weeks

Actually, an easier weapon, designed to not raise your BP, is X-plan...

Like with any purchase, it's up to the buyer to check all paperwork, check all math, verify every form is signed, make sure you get copies of everything you see. I make a list as I go through them, then make sure each and every copy is checked off that list.

I suspect that the dealer you bought from either charged you more than X-Plan allows or did something else they are not allowed to. X-Plan requires X-Plan paperwork.

When I bought my last home I read every single page at the closing, despite having lawyers on both sides review it prior. I found several mistakes, including a misstated interest rate. The lender said I was wrong, they never said that "on their recorded line", then a few weeks later had to apologize after they played the recording, issue a change, issue a refund, and issue a $500 credit.

If you don't understand something, don't sign.
