Angry WTF Bilstein

Ordered over a month ago. Now sd truck springs is telling me they are suggesting Fox? Quite a difference in price, I guess its up to you folks to give me some suggestions in the best spacer or other leveling kit. Thanks for the help.

Bilstein has had some serious issues in the past three years. It took two years to release the adjustable 5100 for 2015+ trucks. Customer service kept stating they would be released in a few months for over two years. It took three years to release the 6112 coilover. My suggestion would be to check several vendors and DO NOT accept there first answer that they are in stock. Most vendors direct ship from Bilstein who says in stock, but your order prompts a back order reply. Several third party vendors will have some in their own stock.

ON EDIT:
1. I ordered Fox 2.0 due to delays in Bilstein 5100. I sent them back as soon as I opened the box due to poor build quality. The split adjustable ring on the Fox 2.0 is an engineering failure.
2. I chose to wait on Bilstein 5100 because the only other option short for several thousand dollars was Fox 2.5, Icon or King.
3. I am happy with my Bilstein 5100, but wish I had waited on the Boss Coilover in Black. They were painted red when I started looking.

they are about to be in the same boat with the model 6112s, apparently they didnt forecast near enough demand. The positive part of this is that things being sold out lately is yet another sign that our economy is improving/has improved.

I agree, I might try sumo coil spring spacer to hold me over till Bilsteins arrive.

I have a 2015 with 45k miles and I just replaced the rears with 5100 and went with ProComp Runners on the fronts set at the +2" to level. I know the Pro Comps don't seem to have a great reputation on this board but they have a lifetime warranty, where Billstein does not and they are at the same price point as the Billstein. So far so good and the ride and handling improvement is crazy.
