Default Would a level cause this to happen?

About 3K miles ago I did fox 2.0 coilovers. I left them at the out of box setting. While changing my oil today I noticed the passenger side front diff seal leaking. Is this something that would be caused by the level or is it a coincidence?

Not good. I don't have the Fox coilovers but do have a level so I'll be following this thread and taking a look at my seals this weekend.

It shouldn't but it could.

The worst part is your dealer may try and use that as an excuse to not cover it under warranty. I'm assuming the Fox were set at 2" up from the stock height?

Yeah, 2" probably more like 1.75 in reality. I don't mind replacing the seal myself but if its the level then its just going to ruin the new seal too so I want to determine if it is the lift before fixing.

Possibly due to added stress to the half shafts, especially if you use 4x4. This is why with taller lifts, you should invest in drop brackets, and possibly longer half shafts depending on how far you go.

Doing a little research. Hard to find much on 2015 up but it looks like on the previous gen the outer seal is just a dust shield and there is an inner seal that is responsible for holding the fluid. Anybody know if thats the case on this gen?

Absolutely not. Completely unrelated to your lift.
