You young guys spending all your money gonna catch up to you one day Retire early at 50... It's worth it. You should have a few mil in a retirement account at age 50.
I'm not too young. I've had my days of modding the crap out of cars LOL. My '97 Mustang every single bolt on imaginable. Then I graduated to a 2002 Trans Am - H/C/I exhaust, gears.. etc.. That made 450 RWHP / 435 RWTQ

I have money in my Roth's (2 accounts) and save all the time. I started late to the retirement process due to a divorce. But catching up maxing out my contributions and it helps that companies match too.

If you tow a lot or drive in mountainous areas or both, a highly underrated upgrade is the Raptor steering wheel with paddle shifters. Driving through the Tetons and Yellowstone it pretty well paid for itself in my opinion, so much nicer than using the column shifter or console shifter buttons

The colder plugs are for increased boost and timing. The factory plugs are better for stock boost and timing.

Your thoughts on "breathe and exhale" almost don't apply to modern turbo vehicles. As long as a tuner can maximize the amount of air the turbo's are able to flow with a reasonable amount of timing, it will reach it's peak power potential. With our trucks, they can hit max boost with 93 octane with decent timing. E85 will make more power (by increasing timing) but requires a fuel system upgrade. Race gas will also make more power (by increasing timing), but isn't practical

As you said, the turbo's are the first bottleneck to making more power than what fuel and tuning alone are capable of providing.

All weather floor mats...

The F-150 Ecoboost is great motor as it is. Doesn't need aftermarket parts. Save your $$$ for a new set tires or something.

Tune or a piggyback tuner (if you have a warranty still) and you'll be all set!

Huge power gains and much more enjoyable to drive. Transmission works better, truck runs better, and it's significantly faster.

DO NOT USE A PIGGYBACK! Remember your computer classes from way back in the day (well, if you're old enough). Piggyback's give your ECU garbage information. Remember the saying...garbage in, garbage out? That's what you get with a piggyback.

I'm on my second Ecoboost. I only bought the first one because I knew it could be tuned and now bought a second. Once you own a tuned vehicle, you will never go back.

Do some research and pick a good tuner. I went with 5Star, but MPT, GearHead, and BrewCityBoost all get great reviews as well.
