Question Wiring Clarifications

With everyone who has converted their 150 from non-console to console, I have a few questions:
Ordered a 2019 XLT RCSB column shift and recently purchased a complete floor console from a 2018 XLT Sport extended or crew (not sure which one, but I believe console would be the same for both). Console is being physically converted from console shift to column shift version.
1. Do you have to replace the complete f150 dash harness of a non-console version to a console harness version? Or can I simply splice into the dash harness? I know I can use the USB harness from dash panel with bin for the front console usb connections.

2. Its the other console harness that connect to the glove box DC outlet and the rear DC outlet and 2 usb connections that is the issue. Cant I just splice into the other console harness and provide DC to those other console connections (usb and dc outlet) from somewhere under the dash.

3. For rear USB couldn't I just split the front usb cable into two and connect one usb to front console usb connections and the other into rear usb connections. Both USB connections are for power/charging only, correct?
All suggestions will be considered.
Thanks,
