Question Winter Tires Recommendations

Hi there, this is my first post and I couldn't find any recent discussions on quality winter tires. I have an 18 Lariat 802 Sport ordered and will be receiving near the end of the month. Was planning on buying some high quality winter tires (possibly studded or studdable) and mount on my stock 20's until I buy new wheels and tires in the Spring. Also, what size looks best with a leveling kit? Any photos of your winter tire set up would be great!

Also, it might help to know where you're located. Rural Rocky Mountains locations put rather different demands on tires than rural New England, although I'd still go with a true snow tire in either place.

I second the Duratracs, my winter tires for 5 years, did not have studs, never had a nervous moment with them, have dealt with severe snow and ice. Also quiet on the road.

I'm located in British Columbia, Canada in the Okanagan Valley. We do get snow in the Winter and have some pretty big mountains and I deal with some steep driveways with work. I recently ran Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V1 on my Jeep SRT with great results just not sure it's suitable for an F150. I appreciate your recommendations and will be picking up my 18 Lariat 802 on the 25th so I still have some more time to decide.

Another vote for DuraTracs. I like them enough, that if I'd kept my '12, with BFG KO2's, when those were gone, DuraTracs would have been there.

I am in Vancouver and do the Whistler route often, also have done the Coq a few times with heavy snow up to Silver Star. Duratracs are $$ but IMO worth the money.

Another vote for Duratracs.
Last year when I bought them they were 50% off at Canadian Tire.
