Default Wiper chatter at hwy speeds?

Today was the first time really using my wipers for any extended period and noticed that both the driver and passenger blade would chatter when used at hwy speeds.

Looking from inside the truck, the chatter was happening on the furthest left end of each blade. When stopped and using them, I didn't notice the chatter. Has anyone else noticed a similar issue while moving? Is there an adjustment of some sort that can be made?

The truck only has 3k and I've barley used the wipers so I don't think they should be worn out yet.

Mine have chattered since day one and they've been replaced by the dealer and they still do it. It's annoying as hell!

Clean the windshield really well. Bend the arm in a bit after that to apply more tension to the wiper. I have done this cleaning, at least once a year on all my windshields and I have not had a squeak or chatter since.

Ugh. Thanks for the info. I never had this issue in any of my previous Toyota trucks. It is annoying!

Thanks, appreciate it. Although I wish I wouldn't have to mess with it in general, I'll definitely check this out.

Yeah, I had the same problem. Took the wiper blades off and bought some old style skeleton blades. The blades that come on the trucks seem to catch the wind just right and reduce the pressure on the window causing them to skip across.

Something like this. http://www.walmart.com/ip/ACDelco-Wi...17338/33871071

That's exactly what seems to be happening - "The blades that come on the trucks seem to catch the wind just right and reduce the pressure on the window causing them to skip across."

Thanks for the link, will keep this in mind.

Default Wiper bounce

Good morning. Just got a used 2015 and I have noticed that the wiper blade on the passenger side bounces / hangs up on the windshield during light rain conditions. Almost like it dries the window so well that it just bounces on the way down to the stow position. I noticed that the wiper attach points arent held on like the old school gears and a nut to secure it. They are like clipped on. Any solutions to the issue? Anyone having this problem?
