Windshield washer freezing
15 Lariat , 5.0. Northeastern Wi, coldest it got was -9°f, washer fluid rated to -35°f. Every morning I have to thaw my hood cowl with a heat gun for a couple minutes to spray fluid. Every time. Even when it's barely below freezing. I've ran at least 3 gallons of-35° rated fluid to flush the system. No ice build up on the nozzles, if there is I clean it away thoroughly with a brush. No luck, still freezes every time.

WTF ???
I got a 2013 FX4 and it was -37 degrees on the highway Saturday heading up to lake country. My windshield nozzles have never frozen once yet! maybe the 2015s have changed?
I think its routed differently then the 09-14's. Never had this issue in my '14. I moved the tubing a bit today, we will see if that helps. I do not have the connector that's freezing up, but think it may have been getting kinked by the hood.

Unsure on the 09-14s, but 15-16s have a check valve that freezes. Drilling it, fixes the freezing issue.
