Default Windshield Washer Fluid Not Responding

Hello,

I have a 2016 SCREW XLT and the washer fluid is not spraying out. I assumed the obvious that I was just out since I can hear the pump trying to spray. I topped it off with no luck.

I dumped some hot water on the spray nozzle thinking it was just frozen but that didn't prove successful.

Where should I go from here? Are there any know bugs that affect the washer?

I drilled out my check valve and never had freezing issues again.

I’ve been dealing with this for a few weeks, took the recommendation from the forum & drilled out the check valve, problem fixed.
Didnt have any luck with the dealer, basically told me I was using the wrong washer fluid, I’ve lived in the northeast most of my life, I know which fluid to use. I had to provide them with the service bulletin # I got here. They’ve ordered the parts.

There is a TSB that covers 2015-2016 models; my 2018 is doing this. Has anyone done this on a newer model after the supposed update? My truck is garaged and still frozen but I can hear the pump coming on. I will attempt to drill out the check valve this morning and report back on newer models.
