I got the Covercraft UVS 100 when I had my '13. It worked great and covered practically all the glass. I have been using it on my '18 and the fit is short and doesn't fit around the mirror as well a the '13.
I'm guessing if I bought a new one for my '18 it'd fit better. I did ask CC about this and they didn't have a for sure answer.

I purchased a Covercraft UVS-100 for my new 1998 Ford Ranger in August of 1998.
It has been passed down to my son after I bought my new F150.
It still works and has held up pretty good for 21 years old and almost daily use.

All the cars in my personal fleet have a USV-100 in the windshield.
Very happy with the product and CoverCraft's customer service.
YMMV!

Default Sunshade

What did you end up choosing and why?

A quick internet search yields loads of options; ease of use is my#1 priority.

Appreciate any thoughts.

Yes on the WeatherTech, I purchased the complete vehicle set, it is awesome. Fits perfectly in all windows and keeps the truck cool. Plus keeps curious eyes out of my truck.
