Default Windshield replacement wiper issues

2015 king ranch, auto wiper, auto high beams.

after getting replacement of windshield auto wipers don’t work as well as wiper fluid wont work while truck is running (fluid works fine when truck is in accessory mode). Took it back to safe lite and they said it has nothing to do with the new windshield. They also said it does not need calibrated. They also did not use oem glass.

anyone have this issue in the past?

thank you

If memory serves me right, you have to use OEM glass

The area where I live is extremely hard on windshields. I've had 4 windshields replaced. One of them lasted only a few days before being badly rock damaged. None of them have been OE glass. Auto wipers, auto high beams, lane keeping and washer pump all work as they should and have after each replacement. Neither the rain sensor for the wipers nor the IPMA for MY 2015-2016 need to be recalibrated according to the Workshop Manual.

I had 3 replaced on my last truck, but it didn't have auto wipers. I don't see how replacing the windshield has anything to do with the washer.
