Default Window screens?

Looking for a “screen” to put over my windows so I can leave my windows down for fresh air, but not get bugs inside.

ive googled and found some generic ones that are almost like a “bag” that goes over the top 0f the door... with meh reviews.
saw a cool rear window slider screen from outdo, but I’m not looking for something permanent.
saw one that attaches with magnets on the outside, which obviously won’t work 0n our alum trucks... and not looking to glue or modify the inside of the door.
just want something where I can leave my windows down during day/night and not get bugs in.

Leaning towards trying the “bag” type as they are like $10 on eBay, but none look the right shape for our trucks, they are all more car sedan window sizes.

what are you guys using?

thanks!

On my 2010 I got some pet-safe black screen. Pulled off my rear door trim, taped the sides and bottom with duct tape, and poked holes in the tape to put the trim through. Duct taped the top edge (to keep it tight) and could roll down the windows for my dog without having to worry about anything. It's been in there for almost 3 years, and has never started to come loose. The door trim keeps everything tight, and you can't see it at all from the outside, and from the inside, it is only visible through the window cutout. You can't see any of the tape from the inside with the door closed, and with the door open, you can only see the black tape on the top. I've used it camping a lot, never had bugs. Maybe something similar on the 2015? I haven't looked to see if the trim would work similarly to the 2010.

Don't mind the crap tape job, I had it off to sell the truck, I slapped some on there to take these pictures for the post
It was originally taped all the way around to seal off the outside.

Worked awesome!

Thanks... looks good, but your's is a much more "permanent" solution than I am looking for. But yours is a great option who would want something like this for the long haul.

I am looking for something much easier to take on and off....and something that doesn't "attached" to my truck.
Which is why I am looking at the "bag" option the goes over the top of the door. I just need to find the correct shape/size for our windows/doors.
Something like this:

Ah ok... Yeah, I had no reason to remove them, since the windows worked fine with them on, were quiet with open, and it was convenient to just open the window and know they were there for the doggo. Nobody else ever rides back there

Home Depot sells bug screen kits to make custom-sized window screens for the home. You could make one to the size you want, and just roll the window up an inch or so, to keep it tight.
