I have a 2018 f150 that I installed a Motofab 2.5in front leveling kit and I love the stance. Is there anyway to keep the stance but lift the truck 2 in. So I would have 4.5 in if lift in the front and 2in in the back. I could not find any lift kits that offer this setup.

Do a 4" lift kit, such as Zone or BDS. Both have a 4" option (they're actually the same company, and same product, difference is the warranty and price) which should be right on what you're looking for.

Does this stance appear to be pulling a load when you're not pulling a load?

It shouldn't. I think maybe you are misunderstanding. The 2.5" leveling kit should have given him a level stance. I think he's simply trying to lift the truck a couple of inches while maintaining the level stance.

My 4” lift is level, I don’t think any of them end up with take out of the box.
