Default Wind Noise

Noticing some significant wind noise recently - at about 45 mph plus...

Have the dual roof....

Anyone else experiencing??

My wife says I'm hyper sensitive to sounds - but this one is bothering me. I do have an appt with the dealer soon to check on ecoboost whistle

Hmmm. Good thought. I did replace the factory antenna with the antenna x. I'll swap and see if it improves. Thanks for that suggestion

I have a lariat crew 4x4 with dual roof. My windshield had to be replaced immediately after purchase because of wind noise at
40 and above. Small gap in passanger side seal.

There was a post a few weeks back regarding antenna swap and the ensuing wind noise.

The jist of it was a replacement antenna that was smooth would produce a whistle; an antenna that was wrapped (spiraling wire from top to bottom) wouldn't. Cliff's Notes version, actual thread was more detailed.
