I have a 2016 XL sport being delivered at the end of November and I want everyone's opinion on a few things.
SCrew, 6.5ft bed, 5.0, 4x4, 3.55 elocker, ingot silver
1- Keeping stock bull-nostril grill. I was going to plastidip it in anthracite grey (with glossifier) or satin black. I would also dip the two black plastic accents in the center of the bumper. I have also purchased the factory 6 spoke premium 20" wheels. They would get the same dip color.
2- Fox 2.0 coilovers, set at 1.5-1.75 lift. I will have a leer 100xq at all times, and about 400lbs more in the bed at most times. I dont want rear rake! I tow rarely, but it is usually a golf cart.
3- 285/60 Duratracs (r20). I have had Michelin LTX tires on both my previous F150s, and they had tremendous comfort and tread life. I do want something a little more aggressive for looks. Additionally, it has snowed for the last 3 years here and I would appreciate better winter performance. Should I go with 285/60, 285/65, or 275/65 given that I only have 3.55 rear and 1.75 lift?
4-Custom lighting. By the end of Summer 2016 I will get Raptor retrofit headlamps, taillights, and fog lights. What I really want to do in addition to that is purchase some LED switchback rope lights to install in the rim of the bull nostrils. Idea from: http://www.wreckedmagazine.com/blog/...coboost-f-150/
Is it going to be impossible for me to sync the turn signals from the headlamps to the rope lights? If so, I'll probably just have them stay white at all times.
How do you like those Nitto TG2s?
I wasnt considering the size you have, but they do carry them in some of the sizes I was considering. They are also $100 less than the Duratracs.

Reason: spelling
Question; since you're going to be doing so much upgrading for the raptor retrofits etc etc is there a reason you aren't going up to an XLT or a Lariat or something? Seems like you can get a lot more truck for just a little more money by bumping up to an XLT.
Not that there's anything wrong with XL's whatsoever, I saw some I really liked and almost went after but the sport XLT sold me.
