Default Will this combo fit without level?

I have a 2016 F150 XLT SE on the way. I purchased BFG K02 275/60/20 tires and Mayhem Missile 20x9 +18 offset rims. Can this combo be installed without any rubbing or issues?

Have a 2016 F150 Lariat SCrew with the factory PVD Chrome 20" Wheels, believe they're 8.5" wide, have 275/60/20 Hankook Dynapro ATM, (33" tall) passenger side rubs slightly on mud flap. Only had to trim mud flap on inside. Not sure what offset the factory wheels are, sure you can find that info here, if you don't already know.

Factory wheels have a +44 Offset. The more you push the tires outwards the more likely it is going to rub.
