Lately I have only seen negative comments about their new 2015's. I know it's a lot easier to vent online than it is to thank Ford for their upgrades. I wanted to just start a thread for people to post their story's and any POSTIVE comments or likes about their new trucks!
I will start with mine. I have always been a Dodge Ram guy and have owned a few from the previous different body styles. Seeing the new f150s driving around caught my eye and I just had to have one. I bought my 2015 XLT fx4 almost two months ago and don't regret a thing. I put a lift on two weeks after purchasing and it still drive comfortably even with the 35" mud terrains. The interior is best looking on the market and I wouldn't change a thing.
When it arrived at the dealership for my to pick up.
I came from a Mercedes, so I was used to smooth and dynamic ride quality, along with ample engine power and solid car feel.
I've always liked the feel of driving trucks but never really had a need for it (G63 6x6 is my dream car but I'm about 200K short...). However, I'm in the process of buying my first house and it's a fixer-upper so I figured it's a good excuse for a pickup (Lowe's and Home Depot Runs Galore).
I got a Loaded 2015 XLT 2.7L ecoboost and I couldn't be happier. The car is like a tank, it's extremely quiet and isolated from road noise (even more so than my Mercedes). The ride is also very smooth and comfortable. The engine, while not as refined, makes loads of power and makes the car enjoyable to drive.
The sport mode really livens the truck up and gives a sports car type feel. The space and rear leg room in the crew cab is second to none and the double moonroof looks amazing. I'm getting better gas mileage than I was in my V8 Benz and I'm in a bigger truck with the same power.
The only thing that I wish were better was the quality of the materials. I would have never thought you could get a $51K pickup that still has low quality materials (harder dashboard and center console), no leather seats and no HID/LED headlights.

My last vehicle was also a Mercedes! I still dont mind the difference between what I had and what the Ford has in it now! The new trucks have had a huge upgrade over the past few years!
I Just traded in both an 07 tacoma and a 2010 STi for this truck. Positively love it. It does have a few quirks I'm working out, but... My payments overall per month went down and insurance is cut in half. The truck is much more capable of hauling than the tacoma and is much faster. It gets better fuel economy than the STi. The truck came pretty close to how I want my truck to be from the factory. With a remote start/push button system that works and a screw 6.5 box this is really a functional work truck. I was doing some demos of our product which are big fuel tanks and I loaded one into the box (which i couldn't with the tacoma) and when I drop the tailgate with the key and pull out the step for the guys to check out the tank they were all amazed. "Is this your show truck?" I'm glad the truck can be a functional work truck and a show truck!
Anyway I love the color Blue Jeans and the twin panel moonroof those were the gimmicks that got me. After driving it for a month and a half I have to say I really enjoy the Rear cross traffic alert, I never used to pull forward into a parking spot because I hate blindly backing out but that feature is awesome.
While I do have my gripes about things like MFT/Sync, and some of the lighting "features", they are only annoyances or inconveniences and not real problems.
I've had my Lariat almost 4 months now and have put almost 7,000 miles on it. Only issue has been the nastiest interior rattle I've ever heard, in my moonroof. Otherwise I am very happy with it. The odometer will slow down now that I've got a beater to keep some miles of the truck, but it'll just make my F-150 that much more enjoyable.
I've driven tons of them (stepdad is a big Dodge Ram fan) and always wanted one ever since I was a young teenager (I'm 33 now) so I finally decided now was the time.
I love it this far. Fantastic ride. Already loaded it up several times with various stuff from a lawn mower to car parts to recycling stuff.

Same with me. I have had my 15 502A for a little over 5 months and 7K miles its been wonderful other than the little rattle in the sunroof. It only seems to happen when it's colder out and on the brick road one of my rentals is on. Best truck I have ever owned!!
ANY vehicle you buy will have negative things to complain about, the 2015 f150 is no different. However, the big complaint I had was the cooling seats and they have fixed that to my satisfaction. That being said, this is my first truck ever. This is my baby. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this truck. It is everything I have ever dreamed of having. I have the lariat with pretty much every bell and whistle it can have. It is luxurious. It is a smooth ride. It is fantastic on gas mileage. I seriously am very proud to own it.
I love both of our 2015 F150s. We have a red 3.5L and a Grey 2.7L. The 3.5L we kind of knew what to expect because we owned a couple 11-14 ecos. The 2.7L I love. Ive only got about 500 miles on it,but im very impressed with the power.
