Ford includes the standard 4.whatever inch screen. You're probably thinking of the Havis Integrated Control System:

It supposedly works well, at a cost of nearly $4K...

The 2019 Ram has the option of a 12" screen which they say is a split between Volvo's Sensus and Tesla's Model S screens.I can't imagine Ford or GM will be far behind.

But what really got me is why none of these trucks or any car for that matter offer a Tesla style screen that is huge. That thing is awesome and these truck manufacturers are missing the boat.

To me if it would have had that it would have been a leapfrog on Ford. But instead it's the same crappy looking dash. So now that they swung and missed.

Ford step up when are you gonna give us the goods????
This is a strange post considering that the RAM now has the closest thing to a Tesla sized screen....

I like Tesla's interiors, but I don't think they're suitable for a pickup truck, since they're not intended for the same thing.

Wife's MKZ has "my lincoln touch". HVAC, radio, everything is touch controls. Not a screen, but just a flat touch sensitive surface. IT SUCKS. Try turning the heat up 2 degrees without looking away from the road, you can't. You have to stare at the place you want to touch, and then try to touch it while driving/hitting bumps etc. When you miss (which always happens) the first time, try again....

I'd never want a huge screen like that unless I still have buttons/***** to go with it. The F150 with the large screen + ***** for volume/hvac does it right in my book.

Take a closer look at the pic...there are prominent HVAC hard buttons for driver and passenger on either side of the screen...

Anyone else think its rather weird to compare something inside a TELSA ($100,000+) that should be in a Ford Pickup Truck? Thats like saying, Why doesn't my Ford Pinto have silver-plated champagne flutes and a fridge in the rear like the S600 from Mercedes, step it up ford!!! lol

I'm sure cars had cruise control before trucks. Should we have never brought that over??????????

Secondly you can buy a new Tesla Model S for 74,000. Wanna guess what the MSRP on my Raptor was????? It's close buddy. As in they both started with a 7.

Model 3 with the same screen starts at 35.

My Platinum had massaging seats, lane keeping, adaptive, cruise, auto wipers and high beams and heated and cooled seats (sorta) it was golden. ooohhhh can't have that in a truck. Enjoy you XL with rubber floors because. well you know, we shouldnt have carpet. Have no fear it'll be many years before they put a screen that size in an XL so you should be safe.

Oh wait you have a Lariat. Can't believe you bought something with heated and cooled seats only them there marcedez had a few years back.....

Or am I strange

Anyhow I cannot believe that Dodge beat Ford and Chevy. Screen looks good!!! Now I want one.
