Default Wheelskins

For me they're a necessary evil. I have arthritis in both hands so the small steering wheel just freakin hurts on long drives. I always put these things on my trucks. $50 vs $400+ to have an OEM wheel fattened up and recovered. the 2016 wheels are 4 1/4" circumference. I order 1/8" larger and glue a strip of microfiber towel to the inside then lace them on....I increased the circumference this time up to 4 5/8" which is a pretty big difference when you're holding the wheel. The wrinkles shrink out after a few days so I'm not worried about those and they'll never look OEM but for 50 bucks and a couple hours work they do the trick.

Looks comfortable. A nice alternative to a complete SW upgrade.

The 2017 wheels are 4 3/8" circumference...1/8" bigger than a 2016 but still a bit on the small side for my hands. I was gonna slap one of those in but I took comfort over a perfect fit this time. Dallas Steering Wheels who I've used in the past can make them look OEM but $400 is a lot of money for most of us.

Love it. Link? May go this route instead of changing the wheel

Looks great!

I've done a few Wheelskin covers in the past on my Ford and GM trucks. The leather covers wear like iron.

I originally got one for my XL the Euro two color tone version. The quality was pretty good but the XL steering wheel was way fat. Unfortunately I had to return it. I have since upgraded to a 17 XLT wheel which feels pretty good. My wife can actually grip the wheel. I may just go back and buy it again since I liked the look. Anyone know if they cause any discolor or damage to the wheel? I recall some of the cheaper wrap versions would leave residue or cause permanent indentations.

I had one on my 2015 Platinum F250 for almost 2 years...removed it when I sold it. No damage to the OEM leather or the fake woodgrain top of the wheel. There were a few indentions but they were lessening by the day when I delivered it to the buyer.
