Default Wheels an offset?

I am looking at some anthem wheels and they are 0 offset. What does this mean? I do not want my tires to stick out I would prefer them to come a little closer to the edge but not sling mud every where. Thé wheels I am looking at are right here: http://shop.anthemwheels.com/products/a731-commander

Does anybody have any experience with anthem wheels? They will be installed on a 2015 super crew 4 wheel drive that is leveled with a 2.25" ready lift.

Thank you for your help.

Your stock rims are +44. A "0" offset will stick out a little.

The size of the rim will also make a difference on how far they stick out.

Offsets are in mm, so going from +44 to 0 will stick out further about 1 3/4" plus 1/2 of the width increase of the new rims vs the old (likely have an 17x7.5" or 18x8") so you are probably looking at the new setup sticking out approximately 2 1/4" past where your current wheels sit. This does not account for any change in tire width however.

So in my opinion, you may get some mud slinging, especially if you do not have any sort of fender flare.

1 47/64 in further out. If the wheel is wider then you need to add that to the equation also.
