Default Wheels .. for a 2016?
I’m looking at these wheels for me 2013 truck. The seller claims these are from a 2016 F150

Has anyone seen wheels like these? I would like to see them on a truck

My truck has the chrome package and I would like to tone it down a bit

Those should look good on a 2013. You'll have to use your lug nuts and TPMS from your 2013.
