You need to adjust the Bilsteins all the way up and then get a bottle jack and a 4x4 board and cut to length and spread them. I gained just at 3/4" on both sides. I spread until the bars hit the fog light brackets and left them sit for an hour. I did loosen all the bolts, spread, let sit, tightened bolts and done. I have a RWD with 2.5" level, 275/60/20 on -24 offset and have a MINOR rub on passenger front crashbar in full lock at reverse. Nothing while going forward.

Well I got the new tires put on today, 275/60r20 bfg ko2s and there is no rubbing. It is certainly close but with the 5100s at their highest setting it just clears. Glad I did not go with 55s again.

see, what’d I tell ya,a damn fine stance! But you already knew that 😉. That looks awesome 👍
and that couldn’t be any closer to an actual 33” tire if you tried.

I run 20x9 +1 Fuel wheels and have zero rubbing with 305/55R20 tires.

Thanks! The 2” blocks in the rear really helped keep a good look after doing the front level.

I did similar stretching using a bottle jack ......I did screw on an offset 4x4 block to the main 4x4 to fit over the wheel assembly.......I managed to fit raptor size 315 70r17 tires with a 25 offset rim by doing so

Any more pics of the truck or the wheel clearance? Looks really good!

It’s between 305/55/20 and 275/60/20 at this point. Only hesitation with the 305/55 is potential rubbing. Is it close while turning or does it ever rub on bumps?

It doesn't rub on any bumps or turning 99.5% of the time. I was backing out of a steep drive and had the wheel turned to the lock and it rubbed briefly but that has been the only time. 305/55R20 are the perfect size for a leveled 15+ F150. Not too small and not all balloon looking like the 34.5. Need to get some better pics, but here are a couple I have.

Thanks! One other option could be 295/55 which should fit with no issue. Price may also come into play with 305/55 running $200/tire more than the 275/60. Not sure if they will look $800 better!
