Ballpark, your +1 will stick out about 1/2" less than your -12's and a +20 will stick out about 1.25" less than your -12. (25.4mm per inch) The specific rims style may have something to do with a +/- variance with this but gives you a starting point.

Tires could create variance, too, but agreed this is a good ballpark.

I use tiresize.com to get an idea of the difference I’m looking at with different offsets. But having that visual of seeing what it actually looks like really helps.

It really depends of the angle of the photo.
Here is mine with +20 and 305 tires.
Some pictures look like outside the fenders, and others inside. In real life, the thread is a bit inside de fender flare.

Great thread! Are these Fuel Trophy wheels? I'm leaning towards these. Just torn on the color combo... Black inside with silver lip or silver inside with black lip...

I have 1.5" spacers on my 20 OEM wheels and tires currently.. The +20 I imagine will be close to my current offset with the spacers (sounds good if so). 🤔

Yes they are Fuel Trophy.
I assume you have 275s on +44 offset OE wheels plus you spacer, if so, yes the 305 on +20 will be very close to what you have right now vs fender.
